# Importing a Wallet Using JSON Backup

### Download the QR code for your wallet&#x20;

In the Chrome Bittensor Wallet extension on your computer, click the three line accordion and navigate to "Settings". Scroll to the bottom and click on "Export Account". Enter your password and click "Generate QR Code". A QR code will appear.

### Open the TAO.com app

### Tap "Add a wallet"

### Tap "Import existing wallet"

### Tap "Scan QR code"

A QR scanner will appear. Scan the QR code generated in step 1 above.

### Enter the wallet password and tap "Complete import"
